Reservations – No deposit is required but Credit Cards details must be given on booking as a Deposit Guarantee as a fee of £30 per person will be deducted for cancellations and non arrivals. Customers are advised to make their own arrangements to insure against any loss in this event.

The Granville reserve the right to change a room, from that booked or to cancel a booking if necessary, for what ever reason. In the case of cancellation by The Granville, liability will be restricted to a refund of all monies paid to The Granville. No reduction is made for temporary absence or departure earlier than confirmed. The Granville will however try to make alternative arrangements on your behalf where possible.

For bookings made for longer than 3 days a 30% non refundable Deposit is required Two weeks prior to the date of arrival to secure your room.

Cancellation or no arrivals will be charged the 30%.

Payments are due on departure either by Cash, Cheque (Bank Card Required) or Credit Card.
